Hi Two Legs! Yes, I ‘m talking to you, humans. Let me introduce myself in case my human has not spoken about me. She named me Fable. I will be six years old in June. I have lived with my human since I was a few weeks old. She use to leave my bowl full of food, but now she measures out these minuscule amounts of food a mouse could not survive. Maybe when you see her sometime, some of you wouldn't mind explaining leaving more food in my bowl sure would be nice! I am a house


We are running track??
We are proud to say that the Genoa Track team came out to the Six Leg Fun Run this year! They had a lot of students place in the 5k, and some eve broke there personal records. The influence of the team being there brought some ideas to the race committee. One would be to invite local school track teams to compete in our 2019 race. A Little Summary to Keep You All “In The Know”
What started as a 5th grade school project, expanded into reality. In the Fall of 2015, I sought permission from city hall, mapped the route, arranged for police help, created a website, & even received non-profit status under the 501(c)(3) umbrella of HandsOn Texarkana. Through interviews & speaking, the event was publicized in several local newspapers, magazines, radio stations, & even the Scholastic Newsletter, which is published nationally.
